Stories are a hot piece of social media real estate. It has been suggested that Stories will overtake newsfeed viewership in 2019.

Instagram is constantly updating new features on Stories. In this workshop we will go over why Stories will work for your business, how to use creative techniques for engaging your audience  with Instagram Stories and how to measure your efforts.

Briana has a vast experience in customer service, sales, account management, marketing, and social media across retail, telecommunications, small to medium business and not-for-profit.

After working in corporate marketing for 9 years, she a saw an opportunity with social media.  Mingle Media was established in 2014.

Over the past 3 years Briana has worked on accounts and created campaigns for Federal MP’s, businesses in health and beauty, real estate, fitness, women’s footwear, events, and many more.

Every year she attends the Social Media Marketing World Conference in San Diego to keep up with the latest trends and tools.

Although often glued to the phone, Briana calls ‘tools down’ daily to spend time with her 2 little people.

She works with local, national and international groups to evolve solutions that relate to you and your enterprise.

Leah is one of Australia’s emerging go-to photographers for commercial and branding photography. Leah wears several hats in her business, she is a photographer, but also offers mentoring to start-up businesses, as well as being the owner and founder of regional group ‘Girls From The Go’ which supports regional women who run their own business.

Come together for our first Bread and Business networking lunch for creatives and enjoy a relaxed meeting of creative minds and bright ideas.

Over lunch guest speaker Bridget Robertson  will talk about her experiences in the world of creative business.

Jack of all trades and master of some – artist, musician, writer. Bridget’s pathway through the arts has been a varied and winding road.

After studying ceramics at La Trobe University she fell into community arts and community cultural development. Her training and experience as an artist and musician has opened up many employment opportunities – from staging exhibitions with young people to running large scale music events.

“For me working in the arts is about having a diverse skill set, not being afraid of trying something new and willing to jump in the deep end” (Bridget).
